Structure

The structure of Farmada Transport Sp. z o.o. comprises three areas:

Operations area responsible for daily transport operations and securing continuity of services (Domestic Transport Operations Office, Local Transport Operations Office).

The key tasks of the operations area include:

  • controlling the services provided on an ongoing basis,
  • preparing and implementing transport solutions,
  • monitoring the execution of the transport solutions,
  • securing continuity of services,
  • ensuring timely delivery of shipments,
  • ensuring appropriate utilization of carrier capacity,
  • ensuring compliance with our operating standards,
  • adapting services to the changing environment,
  • ensuring appropriate reporting,
  • handling payments to subcontracted carriers,
  • ensuring appropriate distribution structure,
  • organizing smooth communication and notification of any service changes

 Transport support area responsible for streamlining transport operations and supervising solutions which aid the management of the transport service area (Transport Support Office).

The key tasks of the transport support area include:

  • streamlining transport operations,
  • harmonizing solutions which aid the management of the transport service area,
  • handling transport-related payments,
  • developing support programs for carriers,
  • updating databases used in transport services,
  • controlling documentation accuracy and filing,
  • cooperating with the Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate and Polish Pharmaceutical Chamber,
  • developing procedures and guidelines,
  • providing administrative support for the consolidation processes within NEUCA Group,
  • supervising the development of transport projects,
  • managing the company’s own fleet in NEUCA Group,
  • organizing and supervising cash settlements,
  • providing IT support systems for transport operations,
  • transport analytics and controlling.

 Project & management area responsible for appropriate resource utilization and coordinating activities of the three areas. The project & management area focuses on the management of the key areas.

The key tasks of the project & management area include:

  • coordinating activities of the three areas,
  • planning operational solutions which conform with the strategy of NEUCA Group,
  • analyzing transport processes as part of the supply chain,
  • establishing procedures and standards to be complied with during transport,
  • planning budget strategies and targets,
  • ensuring smooth transport operations,
  • ensuring a smooth process of cash settlements,
  • determining project and operating activities for the transport area in NEUCA Group,
  • ensuring appropriate utilization of resources.
